In which countries do you ship?We ship worldwide.
How long does it take to deliver?We deliver super fast using UPS and DHL Express services. It takes only two business days for our products to arrive anywhere in the world. If you order until 1 p.m. Central European Time (Paris, Berlin, Milano time) the package will be shipped the same business day if the items are in stock.
Usually everything runs smoothly but you never know and we are very sorry as we can not affect any possible customs office holdups that may affect your delivery time.
Are there any customs duties to be paid?In European Union you don’t have to pay any customs fees. For all orders from United States all goods to up to 200 dollars should be duty free. We recommend that you check import duties and fees in your country.

Can I use different shipping and billing address?Yes, you can.
Can you gift wrap my package?Our packages are so beautiful that are already wrapped as a gift. So it does not matter if you gift your self or someone else. If you want, we can add custom note to your package, to address the receiver.
How can I pay?We accept MasterCard, Visa credit cards and PayPal. The payments are processed over an industry standard secured protocol, so your data is always safe.
Is it possible to buy it in retail stores?Currently we are selling our products only online. But when our retail stores are available we will let you know.
How much does one package weight?The package of one Crystal Dock wights 0,4 kg or 0,9 pounds. CalypsoCase package weights 0,2 kg or 0,4 pounds.

Does my iPhone with a case fit in the dock?Usually it does. Our docks are made so that there is still some space around for your casing. To be precise, there is 2 mm or 1/16 inch room on the left, right and behind. So if your case is not the thickest it should fit with no problems.
Does my iPhone 4/4S fit in the dock?
But of course. CrystalDock can host al models of iPhone and iPod touch, it even holds the iPod nano.
